Email pocketconsole.app@gmail.com and we'll reply within two
business days. Please include your iOS version, the PocketConsole version (Settings → About → Version), and
what the server runs (uname -a).
Open the server and tap Check server. It reports whether tmux, git and Claude Code are
installed and signed in, and flags common problems such as ~/.ssh permissions, the server's
clock, a full disk or port forwarding being off. If PocketConsole can't reach the server at all, check its
address, user and port (the server's … menu → Edit) and that the server is
running.
Every terminal is a tmux session, so the work continues on the server and PocketConsole reattaches when you come back. If tmux isn't installed, Check server offers to install it (Install missing tools).
Notifications come from a hook on your server. Open the server → Notifications and use
Send test notification. In Settings → Notifications, Permission should say
Allowed and Relay should say Registered. Claude Code only runs hooks in folders you have trusted in Claude Code
itself, and the server needs python3, curl and openssl.
The dev server must be listening on the server (check the port in Monitor & ports),
and your SSH server must allow port forwarding (AllowTcpForwarding, which is the default).
ed25519, ECDSA and RSA (signed with rsa-sha2-512/256), in OpenSSH, PKCS#1 and PKCS#8 form, including
AWS .pem files and passphrase-protected keys. PocketConsole can also log in once with a password and
install its own key for you.
PocketConsole Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in PocketConsole's Settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
There's no account to delete: your servers, keys and settings are on your iPhone, and your work stays on your own servers. The privacy policy lists the little we do hold (the notification relay's record for your iPhone, and your subscription status at RevenueCat), how long it's kept and how to erase it.
Open the server → Notifications → Turn off for this server, and confirm with Turn off. PocketConsole revokes that server's push credential and removes the hook from the server (unless another iPhone still gets notifications from it).
Open the server, tap the … menu → Delete server. For a server PocketConsole created, Also delete it on DigitalOcean is already on. Tap Delete server and its data, check the server PocketConsole found on your account (name, address, size and creation date), then tap Delete permanently. That erases the server and everything on it and stops DigitalOcean billing you for it; backups or snapshots you added there are separate. If the token saved when the server was created has expired, PocketConsole asks you to paste a new one with Full Access. Push anything you want to keep to GitHub first: this can't be undone. A server removed from PocketConsole with that switch off keeps running, and billing, on DigitalOcean.
